Each practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report leading up to the next game. The Chiefs host the Buffalo Bills for the AFC championship on Sunday at 5:40 p.m. Arrowhead Time.

Some notes
- Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was a limited participant for the second day in a row Thursday. The Chiefs initially announced him as a full participant before revisiting his status later Wednesday afternoon. More on what Mahomes did on Thursday can be found here.
- Andy Reid confirmed that both Mahomes and Bashaud Breeland remain the concussion protocol.
- All other Chiefs in question for Sunday were limited participants, except for linebacker Willie Gay Jr. (ankle) and running back Le’Veon Bell, who was added to the injury report after his knee swelled up Wednesday, according to Reid.
- Wide receiver Stephon Diggs (oblique) — who is the Bills’ most important skill-position player — was limited for the second day in a row.
- Wide receiver Gabriel Davis (ankle) and defensive tackle Vernon Butler (quad) missed their second straight practice for Buffalo. Butler is a rotational lineman for Buffalo.
- Wide receiver Cole Beasley (knee) was re-added to the injury report. Beasley had been limited in practice the last two weeks with the knee issue. He wasn’t on the injury report on Wednesday, but his addition on Thursday is a bad sign for his lingering injury.
