PHILADELPHIA -- Even with a skeleton crew around him, Philadelphia Eagles rookie quarterback Jalen Hurts is still finding a way to be a playmaker.
Hurts rushed for a pair of touchdowns on back-to-back possessions in the second quarter of Sunday's regular-season finale against the Washington Football Team.
In doing so, Hurts became the first Eagles quarterback with two rushing TDs in a game since 2010 when Michael Vick accomplished the feat against this same Washington team on Monday Night Football. As it just so happens, Hurts wore a Vick jersey to the game Sunday night.

The first touchdown for Hurts came on a 6-yard scramble down the right sideline with 10:24 left in the opening half. A little over six minutes later, he took off up the middle as the pocket collapsed and again found the end zone.

Hurts now has three rushing TDs this season to go with six passing touchdowns.
The Eagles played only three of their original offensive starters Sunday. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and quarterback Carson Wentz were both healthy scratches, and running back Miles Sanders, wide receiver DeSean Jackson and tight end Dallas Goedert were among those sidelined because of injury.
