The Houston Rockets and Brooklyn Nets shook up the NBA landscape Wednesday when they reportedly agreed to a blockbuster four-team trade that will send James Harden to the Eastern Conference.
"Casual Wednesday," Steph Curry said Wednesday night during an interview with Tim Roye on 95.7 The Game.
If the massive trade that also involves the Indiana Pacers and Cleveland Cavaliers is completed, Harden will reunite with former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Kevin Durant and team up with All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving -- if he ever returns from his strange absence.
"Pretty crazy," Curry told Roye. "I know, in this league, nothing should surprise you and there's been a lot of blockbuster trades the last four, five, six years. But it's just crazy to know that when it actually happens, the landscape of the league shifts immediately.
"And obviously KD being out here with the team that we had and now with Kyrie and James, it's going to be pretty interesting to watch that come together."

The NBA never fails to disappoint, with countless star-studded trades happening every year. On the day the NHL opened the 2021 season, the NBA stole their thunder.
"This league is pure entertainment and these type of trades keep the interest at an all-time high," Curry said.
The Warriors and Nets have some things in common this season. Both teams have lofty goals, but it's a matter of the players gelling together. That will determine how far either team will go in the NBA playoffs.

While Curry is focused on helping the Warriors get back to the postseason, the latest seismic shift in the NBA caught his attention.
"Excited to watch it all the way through, but obviously as a competitor, it keeps your antenna up," Curry said.
